In today’s fast-paced world, maintaining good mental health is crucial for overall wellbeing. With increasing pressures from work, social media, and personal life, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and struggle with mental health issues.

However, by incorporating simple yet effective habits into your daily routine, you can protect your mental health and improve your quality of life.

1. Prioritize Self-Care
