President Muhammadu Buhari and Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma on Tuesday met at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
This was disclosed by the Personal Assistant to the president on Media, Buhari Sallau via Twitter handle where he also shared photos from the meeting.
“President @MBuhari receives Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma in State House on 23rd Feb 2021,” Sallau tweeted.
While the meeting may not be unconnected to the recent incident in the state which saw the Nigerian Police arresting former Governor of the state and serving Senator, Rochas Okorocha, other issues including the deployment of military combat jets to Orlu, may also be discussed.
