Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo was formally presented with 770 Fan Tokens $JUV in Sunday’s Serie A clash with Benevento; making him first footballer to be rewarded with cryptocurrency.
Fan tokens allow supporters to interact with the club and make a number of decisions through an app named Socios, according to Marca.
Ronaldo was given the sum of 770 to mark the numbers of goals he’s scored in his career – alongside a ‘GOAT’ shirt.
