Eneche made this revelation in a 10 mins long video that was made available online by the Church.

He revealed that he was aware that Osinachi was sick as she and her husband had informed him earlier, but was surprised to hear she had died.

The news of Osinachi’s death was reported on the April 8 and her husband, Peter Nwachukwu who was accused of assaulting her, has since been arrested by the Nigerian Police Force.

WHAT PASTOR PAUL ENENCHE SAID

In a 10 minutes video posted online, Enenche disclosed that he only got to know that Osinachi was a victim of domestic violence after her death.

He expressed shock that many people were aware of the situation including her family members and some members of the church but nobody informed him about the issue.

“Osinachi Nwachikwu was a kingdom asset and a generational asset to this generation.

“Over two and half to three months ago she came to see me with her husband with complaints of chest pain and respiratory distress, I prayed for her and prayed and prayed again.

“And when the symptoms did not abate I counseled that they go to the hospital to help us to know what exactly we are dealing with,” the Cleric said.

He added that he assisted them with contacts of top medical practitioners who helped with the case.

“She went to Federal Medical Centre Jabi, on seeing her, they ordered some investigations and that included CT scans, and that was done and from what the doctors saw they felt that there was need for further investigation either at the University Teaching Hospital or the National Hospital in Abuja.

“They went to the Gwagwalada teaching hospitals and after they had examined her there and saw the situation, they felt that there was a need for for biopsy of the lungs tissues and she was referred to the National Hospital”.

Eneche further revealed that Osinachi was attended to at the National Hospital Abuja and after a while she was doing fine and everyone was happy about the situation.

“She called me me literally daily and she reported progress, the time came when she needed no oxygen again according to what she told and we were all very happy”.

Enenche said he was in Cameroon when he heard of the death of the singer.

“It was in Cameroon the second night I got to know of her unfortunate passing.

“Now if there was domestic violence that led to or coincidences with those symptoms she came with two and the half months ago, there is no way I would have known

“The things we are hearing after her passing, are all strange to my hearing,” he added.

Eneche said after hearing about the domestic violence, he decided to ask questions from the family members of the deceased and even from church members who were aware of the situation.

“First I asked the the twin sister if she was aware that her sister was passing through all this and she said she was aware and I asked her whey didn’t she tell us and she said her her sister would always beg her not to tell the pastors or the church”.

He said he also questioned one of the sons of the deceased if he was aware and why didn’t he report the issue to him. Responding, he said the son said he could not report because his father was watching them closely.

Enenche further reiterated the stand of himself and the church against domestic violence.

“As a person and as a church everyone knows we have zero tolerance for domestic violence.

“We have always said it is better to be alive and there is no marriage than to die because of marriage,” he emphasized.
