A Nigerian student, Subair Enitan has appeared visibly transformed in a widely shared video after attempting to establish a novel record for extended hand-washing.
In the viral footage, Subair Enitan is seen reclining on a bed after a reported 58-hour marathon at a wash basin on Monday.

Her hands, visibly wrinkled and lightened, tell the tale of her impressive endeavour.
While the Guinness World Records group remains silent on Ms Enitan’s attempt, she expressed her satisfaction to local media, stating on Monday: “I am very fulfilled to have completed the task right in front of my mum, friends, and colleagues who thronged this venue to show love and support my ambition.”
Nigeria has been swept by a wave of world-record aspirations in recent months.
The trend began with celebrity chef Hilda Baci, who cooked continuously for over 93 hours.
However, five months later, she was surpassed by Irish chef Alan Fisher, who managed an impressive 119 hours.
Adding to the record-breaking feats, a Nigerian woman named Helen Williams recently established a new record for crafting the longest handmade wig, measuring an astonishing 351.28 meters (1,152 feet 5 inches).
