Chief Samuel Ogbuku, the CEO/Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has extended heartfelt felicitations to Christian brethren across Nigeria and the esteemed communities of the Niger Delta Region.
In a statement released by the Board and Management of NDDC on Sunday, the Commission expressed its sincere gratitude to dedicated stakeholders whose cooperation has been instrumental in maintaining peace within the region. This peace, in turn, forms the bedrock for continuous growth and sustainable community development.
“The current period is not only one of reverence and introspection but also of anticipation and assurance, particularly in support of the endeavors of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. His unwavering support is acknowledged as a guiding force propelling progress for the cherished Niger Delta.
“Looking ahead to 2024, Chief Ogbuku envisions more than just another year on the calendar but a landmark of evolution and progress for the Niger Delta. Under the vigilant stewardship of the NDDC, the expectation is to witness the fruition of labor through the completion of numerous development projects, ultimately benefiting the local populace”.
Also, the NDDC reaffirmed its pledge to chart a transformative course for the region, introducing fresh and innovative development strategies. In the spirit of the Yuletide, Chief Ogbuku emphasizes the role of prayer in strengthening the community, binding individuals to divine grace that fosters national unity, peace, and prosperity.
“Emulating the profound tenets set by Jesus Christ—tolerance, patience, kindness, compassion, and unwavering love for all—is not only a homage to the season but also a contribution to a benevolent and harmonious society, notes the CEO/Managing Director”.
However, Chief Ogbuku implored all Nigerians to reaffirm their commitment to serving humanity with an uplifted spirit as they step into the New Year.
