French giants Paris Saint-Germain will square up against English side Liverpool in a highly anticipated matchup.
Belgian club Club Brugge is set to take on Aston Villa, while record-holders Real Madrid will meet domestic rivals Atlético Madrid in a thrilling Spanish showdown.
Arsenal will go head-to-head with Dutch side PSV Eindhoven.
Dutch club Feyenoord will lock horns with Italian powerhouse Inter Milan, while Bayern Munich will battle Bayer Leverkusen in an all-German affair.
Borussia Dortmund is set to take on French side Lille, while Benfica will face Barcelona, adding another layer of excitement to the knockout stage.
Europa League Draw
Meanwhile, Manchester United have been handed a tough Europa League last-16 tie against Real Sociedad, while Ajax will clash with Frankfurt.
Roma will take on Athletic Club.
The Round of 16 ties will be played on 6 March, while the return leg is scheduled for 13 March.
Each club plays once on a Tuesday and Wednesday.
