Nigeria international, Samuel Chukwueze has finally found the net as Villarreal defeated Real Valladolid 2-0 on Monday night.
The 21-year-old who suffered a 12-month run without clinching any goal rediscovered his scoring form against the White and Violets.
His 21st-minute strike saw Unai Emery’s men clinched their fourth victory of the 2020-21 Spanish top-flight campaign.

The Yellow Submarine consolidate on their position in the log by coming out in full throttle – dominating ball possession as well as creating scoring opportunities.
Chukwueze opened the scoring in the 21st minute connecting to a low cross from Pedraza.
Emery’s team went on to strengthen their lead in the 37th minute as Pau Torres converted Paco Alcacer’s flick off Moi Gomez’s corner kick.
Although Gerard Moreno got the Yellows’ third goal in the 64th minute, he was denied a place in the scoresheet by VAR owing to a foul in his build-up to the strike.
