The Zambian Government on Monday announced that its first President, Dr Kenneth Kaunda, is critically ill.
The announcement which was conveyed in a letter signed by the Administrative Assistant, Rodrick Ngolo, revealed that the former Zambian leader was admitted in a hospital at Maina Soko Medical centre.
The letter thus called for prayers from Zambians and the international community.
