Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur will clash on 21 May 2025 in this season’s UEFA Europa League final.
Meanwhile, fellow Premier League side Chelsea will take on La Liga club Real Betis in the UEFA Europa Conference League final a week later.
In the Europa League, United defeated Athletic Bilbao 4-1 in the semi-final second stage on Thursday, completing an emphatic 7-1 aggregate victory after winning the first leg 3-0.
The result keeps United’s hopes alive of salvaging something from what has otherwise been a disappointing season.
Also, another Premier League side, Chelsea, will face La Liga club Real Betis in the UEFA Conference League final.
Spurs reached the Europa League final after a dominant 5-1 aggregate win over Bodø/Glimt, powered by goals from Solanke and Porro.
Chelsea and Real Betis are also battling for Champions League qualification by aiming to finish in the top five of La Liga.
They are currently sixth, just one point behind Villarreal in fifth and four points behind Athletic Bilbao in fourth.
