Super Eagles goalkeeper Francis Uzoho has continued to make headlines in Europe following his amazing performance on Thursday in the Europa League.
The former Deportivo La Coruna shot-stopper was the cynosure of all eyes on Thursday in the UEFA Europa League match for Omonia against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Though his club lost the game by a lone goal, his performance was well-noticed by football lovers across the World.
UEFA has now released the name of the players listed for the player of the week and Uzoho was among the nominated players.
He was listed among Oliviera of Braga, Veerman (PSV) and Bovim of Sturm Graz of Austria. The winner will be announced later this weekend.
