According to him, the attack cut short the lives of very young and energetic Nigerians who have so much to contribute towards the development of the country at this time, he prayed for the over 8 lives that have passed on since the attack.

The clergyman and philanthropist expressed worried at the renewed case of terrorists’ attack in the country which had been curtailed for sometime.

Dr Yusuf, who is also the National Coordinator of the VIO Mayor called on security agencies to tighten up security in rail system adding that the attack on Monday shows the vulnerability of security in railways.

He charged Mr President to swing into by bringing the perpetrators to book to serve as detriment to others especially as we approach another election season.

Dr Yusuf, however, called for more prayers for the country to fish out these criminal elements in the communities calling on traditional rulers to more vigilant in their domains.
