Netflix has confirmed that a movie ‘Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom’ featuring deceased actor, Chadwick Boseman will premiere on December 18.
43-year-old Boseman who is popular for the character of the Black Panther in Marvel Superheroes series -Avengers shot ‘Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom’ before his tragic passing on August 28, 2020.

The upcoming film featuring actress Viola Davies is an adaptation of August Wilson’s 1984 play of the same name.
Written by Ruben Santiago-Hudson and directed by George C. Wolfe, the movie tells the story of Ma Rainey (Davies), a Southern singer, and her trumpeter Levee (Boseman) as they navigate the music industry in 1920’s Chicago.
