The Nigeria Football Federation on Monday morning unveiled Finidi George as the head coach of the Super Eagles.
The unveiling e event which held inside media centre of the Moshood Abiola Stadium Abuja witnessed the presence of Minister of Sports development, Senator John Owan Enoh and top dignitaries including NFF President, Ibrahim Gusau and his Executive board.
There was also the presence of some Nigerian Ex-Internationals among as well as media egg heads.
At the event, NFF President announced Daniel Amokachi, Chima Onyeke, Benjamin James Olatunji Baruwa (Goalkeeper trainer) as Super Eagles assistant coaches.
Though the country’s football body refused to disclose the George’s contractual details, Heritage Times HT gathered that he will received monthly salary while his assistants will be entitled to per match bonuses and allowances.
NFF President also disclosed that George has been provided with accommodation, official vehicle and other packages.
Responding, Coach George expressed confidence that he would make Super Eagles a winning team.
George assisted former handler Jose Peseiro as the anti team’s head coach.
