Former senator Dino Melaye has denied buying an exotic Lamborghini car for a certain Mary Melaye that is believed to his daughter.
Reacting to viral photos of a young girl thanking her father for getting her a Lamborghini as a birthday gift, the politician said the young girl named Mary Melaye is not his daughter.
Dino went on to stress that it would be irresponsible for a father to even a KIA Rio for a child who is 11, adding that the Instagram account of the purported daughter is fake.
Responding to Dino’s clarifications, netizens said there was nothing wrong with a father buying his daughter a car but sarcastically added that they knew it was fake news because Dino cannot have such a pretty girl as his daughter.
