World football governing body, FIFA, has announced plans to stage a World U-15 football festival.
FIFA President, Gianni Infantino, made the disclosure, while addressing FIFA Congressional sitting in Bangkok.
Infantino said the U-15 festival will feature all the 206 member football associations that constitutes FIFA.z
He further disclosed that the member associations rely on FIFA funds to organise football activities in their territories.
He said FIFA disburses 70 percent of its revenue to the member associations.
Before now, the age grade FIFA-recognised football competitions are U17, U20 and U23 levels.
