Following its formidable involvement in the progress of different countries, the United States has entered a cultural exchange partnership with Nigeria.
The US Mission in Nigeria disclosed this on Friday via a post on its official Facebook page.
It revealed that a joint collaboration with the Morehouse College and National Endowment for the Humanities, a department in the United States will together offer free music night to University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) every Friday.
The Africana Digital Ethnography Project (ADEP Centre @UNN) in partnership with the US will host the show on campus.
According to the Mission, this gesture will also be extended to cover surrounding communities in Nsukka.
The US noted that it was proud to see more American-Nigerian partnership, describing it as cultural exchange at its peak.
