A former Nigerian boxer Moses Olapade is set to face prosecution after punching his wife dead.
Olapade whose family is based in Akure, the Ondo State capital, had hit his wife into coma, but latest report reveals that she has passed on.
The former boxer has now been arrested by the Ondo Police.
How Television Remote Put Assunder
Olapade, now a truck driver reportedly returned home from a journey penultimate day and wanted to watch a programme on the television.
He demanded the television remote from his wife but she refused.
According to her children, out of anger, the former boxer landed punches on her face until she became unconscious.

The neighbours in the vicinity reportedly intervened after the children of the couple called for help.
The matter was reported to leaders of the community, who then called the police, and Olapade was subsequently arrested.
