Odion Ighalo is among the six players that would be leaving Manchester United when the January transfer window commences.

Owing to the club’s poor run of form in the Premier League and early exit from the UEFA Champions League this season, the players and gaffer of the side have come under serious pressure from fans.

Ighalo joined Manchester United on loan from Shanghai Shenhua in January 2019, but since his arrival, the Nigerian has not started any Premier League game under Solskjaer.

He had nice games last season in the Europa League and Cup games, but he has been finding it hard to play this term.

The arrival of Edinson Cavani also added more salt to the wound for Odion Ighalo at Manchester United as Ole Solskjaer favours the Uruguayan ahead of the Nigerian.

According to a social media post by Manchester United Fans, Phil Jones, Marcos Rojo, Jesse Lingard, Brandon Williams, and Daniel James are the other players picked to leave.

A fan commented under the post that Manchester United would regret if they should allow Daniel James to leave Old Trafford.

Daniel James has so far played 36 games for Manchester United since 2019 scoring three goals.
