Two persons have been reportedly killed after the Osun state Governor’s convoy drove into a crowd of #ENDSARS protesters in Osogbo on Saturday afternoon.
Governor Oyetola was reportedly on his way out of his lodge when he encountered the protesters. It was not quite clear if the governor was informed or not by his security team of the protesters that were gathered outside the lodge.
The governor however claimed that the protesters were thugs, a claim that is being increasingly debunked on social media.
