At least two dead bodies have been recovered from the rubbles of a seven-storey building that collapsed in the early hours of Sunday in Lekki, Lagos State.
About four other persons are said to be trapped in the rubbles of the uncompleted building which collapsed in the early hours of Sunday.
Ibrahim Farinloye, Zonal Coordinator South West, National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), who revealed this to reporters on Sunday, said the seven-storey building under construction collapsed at Oba Idowu Oniru Street, Lekki.
Although the immediate cause of the collapse is still sketchy, emergency workers and security operatives have are working to rescue trapped victims.
