Enyimba have reportedly placed a staggering price tag of €1million (about N550million) on their sensational forward Anayo Iwuala, Complete Sports reports.
Iwuala who has been impressive in the Nigerian Professional Football League this season for the Peoples’ Elephants earned a call up into the national team for the just concluded AFCON qualifiers.
The 22-year-old impressed on his national team debut against the Squirrels of Benin in Porto Novo on March 27.
He also came in as a substitute three days later in the game against Lesotho at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Surulere Lagos.
The former KADA City star then returned to his club and delivered a sumptuous assist in Enyimba’s 2-1 home win against Tunisian ES Setif on Sunday.
Five European clubs are reportedly jostling for the signature of the former Delta Force player.
