Kanye West, US rapper, and Kim Karshasian’s six-year marriage is close to coming to an end according to multiple US media outlets.
According to E! news, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s love story is facing a major shakeup.
After six years of marriage and more than eight years together, the E! reality TV star and rapper are effectively going their separate ways.
Kim, however, has yet to file for divorce, even though Page Six reports that Kim has already hired Laura Wasser, a divorce attorney.
Kimye, who went public with their relationship in April 2012, now have four adorable children together, North West, 7, Saint West, 5, Chicago West, 2, and Psalm West, 20 months.
A source who revealed to E!news on the situation of the West’s Marriage says “It’s gotten to the point where they haven’t spent time together as a married couple in months,”.
“They’ve seen each other for the sake of the kids but have been living separately. Kim knows the marriage is over. She’s known for a while.”
The source went on to note that Kim hasn’t officially filed for a divorce because “She wants to make sure she’s making the right decision for the kids.”
“It’s not about the marriage anymore, she’ll always care for Kanye but it’s over between them. Kim is only focused on what’s best for the kids. It’s a tough decision for her and she’s figuring it out”, adds the source.
It was also reported by page six, that Kim, hasn’t been seen wearing her wedding ring, and Kanye, remained at his $14 million Wyoming ranch over the holidays instead of spending it with the Kardashian family.
Reps for both Kim and Kanye did not respond to requests for comment.
